On 21 May 2003, Limarko UAB aquired 80.89% of Klaipėdos Transporto Laivynas AB

votes by the right of ownership.

On 21 May 2003, Limarko UAB lost all the votes of Klaipėdos Transporto

Laivynas AB.

On 21 May 2003, Limarko Laivininkystės Kompanija UAB aquired 80.89% of

Klaipėdos Transporto Laivynas AB votes by the right of ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 21 May 2003.
