PAYOUT OF DIVIDENDS FOR THE YEAR 2002



On 28 April 2003, at the Annual General Meeting AB Lietuvos Telekomas’

shareholders approved payout of 0.06 litas dividends for the year 2002.



Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who on the day of the Annual General

Meeting of Shareholders, i.e. on 28 April 2003, were on the Shareholders’ List

of the Company.



The payout of the dividends for the year 2002 starts on 9 June 2003.



Dividends for the year 2002 are subject to withholding tax of 15 per cent.
