TRADING IN SECURITIES OF SIAULIU BANKAS AB WILL BE SUSPEND



Siauliu Bankas AB submitted a written notification to the NSEL that

on 6 June 2003 documents for registration of the increase of the company’s

authorized capital will be filed with the state enterprise Centre of Registers.

By the decision of the Listing Department of 29 May 2003, trading in securities

of Siauliu Bankas  AB (code 10225) will be suspended on 3 June 2003 until the

day of correction of the general account at the Central Securities Depository,

inclusively. NSEL Trading Rules, paragraphs 61 and 67 (for the protection of

interests of investors; reduction of the nominal value of shares by

proportionally increasing the number of shares).
