NOTIFICATIONS REGARDING OF ACQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF ROŽĖ AB



On 26 May 2003, Gelfoja UAB owned 45.77% of Rožė AB votes by the right of

ownership.

On 28 May 2003, Nadiežda Filipova owned 55.55% of Rožė AB votes by the right of

ownership.

The notifications about acquisition of the block of shares were submitted to

the NSEL on 30 May 2003.
