NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE AQUISITION AND THE LOSS OF A BLOCK OF SHARES OF

SANITAS AB



On 3 June 2003, Kremi UAB owned 56.28% of Sanitas AB votes by the right of

ownership.

On 3 June 2003, Kremi UAB owned 42.96% of Sanitas AB votes by the right of

ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 9 June 2003.
