On 16 June 2003, contosystem LLC (USA) aquired 14.57% of Pramprojektas AB votes

by the right of ownership.

On 16 June 2003, Ūkio banko investicinė grupė UAB owned 1.50% of Pramprojektas

AB votes by the right of ownership.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 18 June 2003.
