REGISTRATION OF AMENDMENTS IN THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

On 18 June 2003, the state enterprise Center of Registers registered amendments

made in the Articles of Association of Šiaulių Bankas AB due to increase in the

share capital and change of the nominal value per share. After the increase,

the bank’s share capital is LTL 43.343.940, and the nominal value per share is

LTL 1.
