On the initiative of a shareholder of the company and by decision of the

company’s Board, an EGM of Panevėžio Pienas AB will be convened on 31 July

2003, at 11 am, which will take place at the company’s office (Tinklų st. 9,

Panevėžys). 

The registration starts at 10.30 am.
