On 30 July 2003 Rokiskio Suris AB transferred ownership right of 4,982,943

Panevezio Pienas AB ORS (35.3%) to the Latvian asset management stock company

of Prudentia Ieguldijumu Parvaldes Sabiedriba with the purpose to sell a block

of shares of Panevezio Pienas AB to the strategic investor.
