DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (4 AUGUST 2003)



The Management Board of the Stock Exchange resolved to:

1) approve that “Listing Particulars for the Admission of Shares to the

Official List of the Stock Exchange“ (hereinafter – Listing Particulars)

submitted to the Stock Exchange by Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas AB comply with the

requirements set forth in the Trading Rules of the Stock Exchange.

2) allow the issuer to publish the Listing Particulars in the manner

established in the Trading Rules of the Stock Exchange. Listing Particulars

have to be published by 14 August 2003, inclusive.
