NOTIFICATION



On 4 August 2003, the Management Board of the National Stock Exchange approved

that the Listing Particulars for the Admission of Shares to the Official

Trading List submitted by AB Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas to the Stock Exchange

complies with the requirements of the Trading Rules of the Stock Exchange.

Listing Particulars are available for investors at the central office of AB

Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas (Savanorių Ave. 178, Vilnius, 5th floor, room 54) on

work days from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.; headquarters of FBF Finasta (Konstitucijos

Ave. 23, 3rd floor, Vilnius), and the Listing Department of the National Stock

Exchange of Lithuania (Konstitucijos Ave.23 Vilnius). Listing Particulars are
