REGARDING A BLOCK OF SHARES OF UTENOS TRIKOTAZAS AB

On 12 August 2003, bank Snoras AB sold a block of shares of Utenos Trikotazas



AB constituting 36.36 percent of the company’s authorized capital. The shares

were acquired in 2002 as a collateral under the repurchase agreement concluded

between bank Snoras AB and concern SBA UAB. On 12 August 2003, the parties

completed the settlement.
