NOTIFICATION ABOUT A DISPOSAL OF A BLOCK OF SHARES OF SANITAS AB



Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe UAB, Kremi UAB, and Darius Sulnis have filed

notifications about disposal of a block of shares indicating that the

shareholders agreement was terminated on 7 August 2003.

On 7 August 2003 Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe UAB, Kremi UAB, and Darius

Sulnis held by the right of ownership respectively 22.17 percent, 35.50

percent, and 0.58 percent of the company’s votes.

Notifications about the disposal of the block of shares were filed with the

NSEL on 12 August 2003.
