On 14 August 2003, Energostock LLC (USA) aquired 14.72% of Kauno Tiekimas AB

votes by the right of ownership.

On 14 August 2003, Ukio Banko Investicine Grupe UAB lost all the votes of

Kauno Tiekimas AB.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 21 August 2003.
