DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (22 SEPTEMBER 2003)



On 22 September 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Grigiskes AB (code 10203) and

Naujieji Verkiai AB (code 10282) on 24 September 2003 in order to protect

interests of investors due to the shareholders’ meetings, which are to take

place on 29 September 2003;

2)suspend central market trading in ORS of Vilniaus Degtine AB (code 11245)on

25 September 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 30 September 2003;

3)suspend trading in ORS of Naujieji Verkiai AB (code 10282) on 29 September

2003 until the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’

meeting. Reorganisation of the company;

4)suspend trading in ORS of Grigiskes AB (code 10203) on 29 September 2003 

until the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’

meeting. Increase of the authorized capital. Reorganisation of the company;

5)suspend central market trading in ORS of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB

(code 11964) and Anyksciu Vynas AB (code 11277) on 1 October 2003 in order to

protect interests of investors due to the shareholders’ meetings, which are to

take place on 6 October 2003;

6)suspend central market trading in ORS of Naftos Terminalas AB (code 11166),

 on 3 October 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 8 October 2003;

7)suspend trading in ORS of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB (code 11964) on

6 October 2003 until the day the material event is announced, due to the

shareholders’ meeting. Reorganisation of the company.
