ACQUISITION OF BLOCK OF SHARES

Kremi UAB, which belongs to Invalda company group, acquired 33.34% of

Valmeda AB, which is the main shareholder of Holiday Inn Vilnius hotel.

After this acquisition, Invalda company group controls 100% of Vlameda AB

shares.
