On 6 October 2003, Bankas Snoras AB disposed part of a block of shares of

Siauliu Stumbras AB, which comprises 56.24% of the authorised capital of

Siauliu Stumbras AB. The block of shares of Siauliu Stumbras AB held by Bankas

Snoras AB decreased from 56.24% to 17.00 % of the company’s authorised capital.
