MEMBERS OF THE BOARD REMOVED FROM POST AND NEW MEMBERS APPOINTED



By decision of the Supervisory Council of Stumbras AB of 27

October 2003, the following Board members were removed from

post: V. Švabas, J.Žukauskas, N.Sabonienė, D.Žukauskienė.

The following persons were appointed Board members:

Chairman - Darius Juozas Mockus - president of "MG Baltic"

concern UAB;

Members: Artūras Listavičius - general director of

"MG Baltic Trade" UAB;

Rolandas Vingilis - director of "Troja" UAB;

Vidas Lazickas - director of economic and finance of

"MG Baltic" concern UAB;

Aurelijus Racevičius - director of vindication "MG Baltic"

concern UAB.
