CHANGE OF GENERAL DIRECTOR



On October 29, 2003, the Board of the Company has

approved the decision to recall Vidimantas Švabas,

general director of the Company, from his position

from November 2, 2003, and elect Artūras Listavčius

to the position general director of Stumbras AB from

November 3, 2003.
