DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (3 NOVEMBER 2003)



On 3 November 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB

(code 11964) on 5 November 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due

to the shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 10 November 2003;

2)suspend central market trading in ORS of Sanitas AB (code 10617) on 7

November 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 12 November 2003;

3)suspend central market trading in ORS of Vilniaus Degtine AB (code 11245)on

10 November 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 13 November 2003;

4)suspend trading in ORS of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB (code 11964) on

10 November 2003 until the day the material event is announced, due to the

shareholders’ meeting. Reduction of the authorized capital (by annulling the

acquired own shares);

5)suspend trading in ORS of Sanitas AB (code 10617) on 12 November 2003 until

the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’ meeting.

Reorganization of the company;

6)suspend central market trading in ORS of Stumbras AB (code 11943) and 

Kauno Tiekimas AB (code 10487) on 18 November 2003 in order to protect

interests of investors due to the shareholders’ meetings, which are to take

place on 21 November 2003.
