Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Siauliu Bankas

AB (code 10225) from 3 December 2003, inclusive; a new issue is added

(decision of the Board, 1 December 2003).

On 2 December 2003, at the Central Securities Depoasitory a new issue of

Siauliu Bankas AB will be added. After the change, the size of issue

10225 will be 48,343,940 units, nominal value: LTL 1, the total nominal

value: LTL 48,343,940 .
