CENTRAL MARKET TRADING WILL BE SUSPEND IN SECURITIES OF ZEMAITIJOS PIENAS AB



Central market trading will be suspended in ORS of Zemaitijos Pienas AB

(code 12186) on 17 December 2003 in order to protect interests of investors

due to the shareholders’ meeting to take place on 22 December 2003 (decision

of the Board, 16 December 2003).
