CENTRAL MARKET TRADING WILL BE SUSPEND IN SECURITIES OF PANEVEZIO PIENAS AB



Central market trading will be suspended in ORS of Panevezio Pienas AB (code

11311) on 24 December 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to

the shareholders’ meeting to take place on 31 December 2003 (decision of the

Listing Department, 19 December 2003).
