Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of

Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva AB (code 10017) from 8 January 2004, inclusive,

assimilated issues (decision of the Listing Department, 5 January 2004).

On 7 January 2004, at the Central Securities Depoasitory share issues of

Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva AB will be assimilated. After the change, the size of

the issue 10017 will be 1 858 794 units, nominal value – LTL 95, the total

nominal value – LTL 176 585 430.
