Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Grigiskes AB

(code 10203) from 12 January 2004, inclusive; a new issue is added (decision of

the Listing Department, 8 January 2004).

On 9 January 2004, at the Central Securities Depository a new issue of

Grigiskes AB will be added. After the change, the size of issue 10203 will be

39 956 657 units, nominal value: LTL 1, the total nominal value: LTL 39 956 657.
