NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF ALITA AB



On 6 January 2004, Invinus UAB acquired 83.77% of Alita AB votes by the right

of ownership.

The notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted

to the NSEL on 12 January 2004.
