THE SUPPLEMENTED AGENDA OF MEETING



Board of Klaipeda Transport Fleet LTD on the 12th of January 2004

decided to supplement the agenda of the extraordinary meeting of the company

shareholders that will take place on the 2nd of February 2004.

The supplemented meeting agenda is following:

1.	Concerning long-termed property mortgage to the banks for the granted

loan.

2.	Concerning selection of an audit company and decision on the terms for

audit services payment.
