TRADING IN SECURITIES OF STUMBRAS AB WILL BE RENEWED AND PRICE VARIATION LIMITS

WILL NOT BE APPLIED



On 20 February 2004, trading in securities of Stumbras AB (code 11943) will be

renewed and price variation limits will not be applied to securities of

Stumbras AB.

At the shareholders' meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital

of the company by additional contributions.
