TRADING IN SECURITIES OF BANKAS NORD/LB LIETUVA  AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE

ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 26 March 2004, trading in ORS of Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva  AB (code 10017)

will be suspended until the announcement day through the information system of

 the NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

26-03-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts.(Decision of the Board of the NSEL

of 22 March 2004).
