TRADING IN SECURITIES OF UKIO BANKAS AB WILL BE RELAUNCHED WITHOUT IMPOSING RATE

FLUCTUATION LIMITS



On 29 March 2004, trading in securities of Ukio Bankas AB (code 10235) will be

re-launched without imposing rate fluctuation limits. At the shareholders’

meeting it was decided to approve annual accounts. At the shareholders’ meeting

it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the company by additional

contributions  (Resolution of the Listing Department of 26 March 2004).
