CONCERNING ACQUISITION OF ZEMAITIJOS PIENAS AB SHARES

On 26 March 2004, the company Pieno Zvaigzdes AB   acquired an additional

portion of 4.04% of  Zemaitijos Pienas AB shares. Together with the shares

held by Pieno Zvaigzdes AB  before, they constitute a 10.97% holding of the

authorised capital and votes  in Zemaitijos Pienas AB. It is a financial

investment, which reflects an optimistic attitude of Pieno Zvaigzdes AB 

toward the prospects of the Lithuanian dairy industry.
