TRADING IN SECURITIES OF ALYTAUS TEKSTILE AB WILL BE RELAUNCHED WITHOUT IMPOSING

RATE FLUCTUATION LIMITS



On 1 April 2004, trading in securities of Alytaus Tekstile AB (code 10090) will

be re-launched without imposing rate fluctuation limits. At the shareholders’

meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the company by

additional contributions (Resolution of the Listing Department of 31 March

2004).
