TRADING IN SECURITIES OF DVARCIONIU KERAMIKA AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE

ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 28 April 2004, trading in ORS of Dvarcioniu Keramika  AB (code 12231) will

be suspended until the announcement day through the information system of the

NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

28-04-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts (Resolutions of the Board of the NSEL

of 19 April 2004).
