TRADING IN SECURITIES OF KLAIPEDOS NAFTA AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE

ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 27 April 2004, trading in ORS of Klaipedos Nafta AB (codes 11165 and 12683)

will be suspended until the announcement day through the information system of

the NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

27-04-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts (Resolutions of the Board of the NSEL

of 19 April 2004).
