TRADING IN SECURITIES OF VILNIAUS DEGTINE AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE

ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 29 April 2004, trading in ORS of Vilniaus Degtine AB (code 11245) will be

suspended until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 29-04-2004 ).
