NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE LOSS OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF APRANGA APB



On 14 April 2004, MG Baltic Investment UAB owned 65.98 % of Apranga APB votes

by the right of ownership (number of votes before the loss of the block of

shares was 67.75 %).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the NSEL

on 19 April 2004.
