TRADING IN SECURITIES OF VAKARU SKIRSTOMIEJI TINKLAI AB WILL BE SUSPENDED



Trading in ORS of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code 12637) will be

suspended from 28-04-2004 until the new wording of the company's Articles

of Association, recording the changed nominal value per share, will be

registered with the Centre of Registers and respective changes made in the

general securities account with the Central Depository (Resolutions of the

Board of the NSEL of 28 April 2004).
