TRADING IN SECURITIES OF EKRANAS AB WILL BE RENEWED AND PRICE VARIATION LIMITS

WILL NOT BE APPLIED



On 3 May 2004, trading in securities of Ekranas AB (code 10423) will be renewed

and price variation limits will not be applied to securities of Ekranas AB.

At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to approve annual accounts and to

increase the authorized capital of the company by additional contributions

(Resolution of the Listing Department of 30 April 2004).
