PAYOUT OF DIVIDENDS FOR THE YEAR 2003



On 23 April 2004, at the Annual General Meeting shareholders of AB Lietuvos

Telekomas  approved payout of 0.06 litas dividend per one ordinary registered

share from the profit for the year 2003.



Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who on the day of the Annual

General Meeting of Shareholders, i.e. on 23 April 2004, were on the

Shareholders' List of the Company.



The payout of the dividends for the year 2003 starts on 20 May 2004.



Dividends for the year 2003 are subject to withholding tax of 15 per cent.
