AB (code 10090) from 31 May 2004, inclusive; a new issue is added. (decision

of the Listing Department, 27 May 2004).

On 28 May 2004, at the Central Securities Depository a new issue of Alytaus

Tekstile AB will be added. After the change, the size of issue 10090 will be

102 664 394 units, nominal value: LTL 1, the total nominal value: LTL

102 664 394.
