SALES OF PRODUCTION

In May 2004,  Vilniaus Vingis AB sold its products for LTL 11.3 million. This

year production volume amounts to LTL 58.2m (during the corresponding period

in  2003, it was  LTL 55.0m). Lithuanian consumers received products for LTL

22.1m (in 2003, for LTL 17.2m ); sales to purchasers of the company’s

production in other countries of the European Union amounted to LTL 34.0m

(in 2003, LTL 35.5m). Sales to the CIS equalled LTL 2.1m (in 2003, LTL 2.4m ).



Nerijus Dagilis, member of the Board of Vilniaus Vingis AB, resigned from

office as from 1 June 2004.
