DECISION OF THE COMPETITION COUNCIL



On 3 June 2004 the Competition Council of the

Republic of Lithuania allowed to Sanitas AB

to acquire 100 percent of Endokrininiai preparatai AB

shares. At the present moment Sanitas AB owns

39,96 percent of Endokrininiai preparatai AB shares.
