TRADING IN SECURITIES OF VAKARU SKIRSTOMIEJI TINKLAI AB WILL BE RENEWED AND

PRICE VARIATION LIMITS WILL NOT BE APPLIED



On 7 June 2004, trading in securities of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code

12637) will be renewed and price variation limits will not be applied. Reduced

number of securities and increased face value (Resolution of the Listing

Department of 4 June 2004).

On 4 June 2004, at the Central Securities Depository number of securities of

Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai will be reduced and face value will be increased.

After the change, the size of issue 12637 will be 3 717 998 units, nominal

value: LTL 109, the total nominal value: LTL 405 261 782.
