Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Rokiskio Suris

AB (code 10037) from 10 June 2004, inclusive; Issues are assimilated (decision

of the Listing Department, 8 June 2004).

On 9 June 2004, at the Central Securities Depository issues of Rokiskio Suris

AB will be assimilated. After the change, the size of issue 10037 will be

4 746 270 units, nominal value: LTL 10, the total nominal value:

LTL 47 462 700 .
