CHAIRMAN AND DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD ELECTED



On 8 June 2004, the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the NSEL was held which

elected Gert Tiivas, Prezident of OMHEX Baltic Operations, Chairman of the

Supervisory Board; Henri Bergstrom, Senior Viceprezident of OMHEX Baltic

Operations, was elected Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
