RESOLUTIONS OF THE COMPANY’S CREDITORS’ MEETING



On 9 June 2004, the company’s creditors’ meeting took place.

The meeting resolved to:

1. In accordance with the Law on Restructuring of Enterprises (paragraph 2 of

Article 24), appeal to the District Court of Panevezys regarding termination

of the restructuring case.

2. Approve the termination of the exclusive distributional agreement.

3. Approve selling of the Company's assets.
