KAUNO TIEKIMAS AB



On 15 June 2004, Ortopedijos Paslaugos UAB owned 12.68 % of the company votes

by the right of ownership (owned 7.28 % before the acquisition) .

On 15 June 2004, Vladimir Romanov owned 4.91 % of the company votes by the

right of ownership (owned 10.31 % before the loss).

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 16 June 2004.
