ZIEMAITIJOS PIENAS AB STILL INTENDS TO BUY KELMES PIENINE AB SHARES

Zemaitijos Pienas AB announces that the company never planed and does not plan

to refuse from its intention to buy 100% of Kelmes Pienine AB shares. We are

very surprised by the false announcements in the media that Zemaitijos Pienas

AB will not buy Kelmes Pienine AB shares.

Currently, the sale of  Klemes Pienine AB shares depends only on the decision

of the owners of Kelmes Pienine AB. Maybe now, when the Competition Board

allowed Zemaitijos Pienas AB to acquire 100%  shares of Kelmes Pienine AB,

the situation will become clear, since until now the owners of Kelmes Pienine

AB did not agree to sell its shares to us.
