UAB Comliet sold shares of Datu Tikli SIA



On 28 July 2004, UAB Comliet, a subsidiary of AB Lietuvos Telekomas, sold all

shares of Latvian company Datu Tikli SIA owned by UAB Comliet. On 16 June 2004,

the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas approved proposal of UAB Comliet to sell

shares of Datu Tikli SIA. In May 2002, UAB Comliet acquired 75 per cent of Datu

Tikli SIA shares.
