Regarding the Investigation in AB Lietuvos Telekomas



Herewith AB Lietuvos Telekomas informs that yesterday, September 8th,

representatives of state law institutions executed an investigation in the

headquarters of the company.



The investigation was targeted at the standard equipment of AB Lietuvos

Telekomas, used in the customary mode. No allegations regarding any possible

illegal activities have been indicted to the company or any of its employees.



AB Lietuvos Telekomas is cooperating with the law institutions and is ready and

willing to present any available information, which may be of use to the

investigation.

investigation shall not bring any impact on our regular activities. The

technological and management processes of the company have not been disturbed“,
